a summary of what i did in the past 3 days!!

on 20th december......

i followed Phyu n her GORGEOUS mum to AMORE FITNESS!! YIPEE!!

i sign up for the 6 months package(gym+classes) i just LOVE the classes! i cant wait to attend those classes!


on 21 december......
as usual i went to my religious class! n yaa...it was so boring because my two good friends did not come.haiz...;(

on 22 december......

i went to raffles place. i was called for an appointment with Fitness werkz! (guess what??i COULD NOT find the location....so....i got no choice but to go back home again!(i feel a alittle
EMBARRASED because alot of people saw me walking here and there without knowing where to go!)

i then went to Phyu's house!(She herself dont know that i entered her house.....she was in the toilet!)

then....we head to AMORE FITNESS CENTRE! (at last!!)
i went for a free body composition analysis....while Phyu went for her personal training!

OMG!! I JUST CANT BELEIVE THAT I GOT so much fats in my body!! oh god!!my aim is to loose at least 10kg!!
i have to say good bye to potato chips and kit kat! WAH:(
